Diabetes and obesity are major health issues in Qatar (Qatar National Vision 2030). We designed InViTAG, a visual analytic platform to support healthcare professionals in improving the health and wellness of patients with diabetes or obesity based on wearable and biometric data.
Based on user feedback from previous studies, the present project aims to finalize the development, conduct the summative evaluation, and deploy InViTAG to support clinician-researchers for statistical analysis of wearable sensors and biometric data from cohorts of patients. The interface will propose scalable interactive grouping of data, and interactive feature space analysis to help prepare recommendation guidelines for doctors and health coaches for specific categories of patients.
This visual analytic interface relies on the Zamanya platform designed and developed by Abdelkader Baggag for its machine learning and data processing functionalities.
